In the summer season, the Pool Pavilion offers a salt-water pool, sun loungers with umbrellas and restrooms. Lake Rosseau is a playground for the soul. Enjoy a morning paddle, as the mist rises from the lake, or an exhilarating sail in the afternoon sun. Lake Rosseau and the Muskoka Lakes have water activities to please everyone.

Watercraft and sports equipment are available to rent from local suppliers; boat slips, by reservation are available on-site.

The Muskoka Lakes area is a paradise for those who love to shop. Here you’ll find antiques, one-of-a-kind cottage shops, clothing boutiques and so much more. The town of Port Carling’s shopping destination, Steamboat Bay, offers picturesque shopping and dining, right on the lake. Beyond Port Carling, and accessible by boat or car, the picturesque towns of Bala, Bracebridge and Gravenhurst offer perfect short trips to more shopping finds.

Those who are adventurous will find boating from the cottages to the locks at Port Carling and access to Lake Muskoka, the towns of Bala, Bracebridge or Gravenhurst a fun afternoon outing. On Steamboat Bay, you’ll find cute boutiques, grocery shops and all you’ll need for your shopping fix. Closer to home, a short boat ride to the LCBO and the Rosseau General Store provides a moment to step back in time, while picking up essentials.
